“I have never used a travel agent for my holiday bookings but as I was organising a 50th birthday trip for me and my 3 friends and I decided to try Il Mondo that I had seen advertised and passed many times on Chatsworth Road. The offices were inviting and Jo soon engaged with me in the relaxed surroundings asking me questions so that she could build an itinerary for our special trip to South America with the highlight being a trek to Machu Picchu. With my friends being in 3 different countries Jo was so patient in answering questions and amending and tweaking the itinerary in her quest to get us the perfect trip.
